Description:

Coil car in the cold rolling line is one of the main equipment of cold rolling process. It is in front of uncoiler. The device is significant for the whole system. The condition of cold rolling line, the quality and the production will be affected greatly if it not runs normally.  The coil car will get the coil from the saddle seat in cold rolling line, and then, the measurement of diameter and the centering of height will be carried out. After that, the coil should be rolled up, the center of coil width should fit the center of uncoiler mandrel. So that the uncoiler could operated accurately.
