Description:

Coil car is one of the main equipment of cold rolling process in the cold rolling line. It is in front of uncoiler. The device plays an important role in the whole system. The condition of cold rolling line, the quality and the production will be affected if it runs normally or not. In cold rolling line, the coil car will get the coil from the saddle seat. The measurement of diameter and the centering of height will be carried out. Then, the coil should be rolled up, the center of coil width should fit the center of uncoiler mandrel. So that the uncoiler could operated accurately.
