Rubber roller has several parts of outer rubber, hard rubber, metal core, roll neck and vent. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene is also named hypalon. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber roller is the reactant of low-density polyethylene or high-density polyethylene through chloride and chlorosulfonation reaction. Elastomer is white or yellow, chlorine content is 23%-47% in general, sulfur content is 1%-2%. It has excellent ozone resistance, weathering resistance and corrosion resistance.
