Description:

The flattener is the straightening equipment used to change the straightness of the metal profiles, rod, tube and wire. The flattener can make the straightness of bar changed through extrusion.   
There are generally two row of straightening roll with varied number. There are also two roll straightener. There are some common types of machine such as pressure flattener, balance roll flattener, rotary reverse bending flattener and so on.

Applications:

1. It is a pre-device to produce flat copper wire. 
2. After flatted by the machine and going through the mould, the round copper bar can become profile

 wires with various different sizes.

3, Annealing pickling line(APL).
